We built this practice for one reason: too many good people were buying fake ESA letters online — and losing their homes when those letters failed.
Our story, in plain words
The internet is full of websites that sell "instant" ESA certificates. Most of them are worthless. No doctor ever talks to you. No license number appears on the paper. And when a landlord checks, the letter falls apart.
We watched this happen to real people with real needs. So we built the opposite: a service where a licensed California doctor actually evaluates you, and where every letter follows AB 468 — the strictest ESA law in the country. We kept it fast, but we never cut the part that matters.
Four rules we never break
- A real doctor, every time. No quiz-only approvals. A licensed clinician talks with you, or there is no letter.
- You pay after approval. Your card is charged only when the doctor approves your letter. If the answer is no, you pay nothing.
- Every legal detail on the page. License number, state, date, official letterhead. Everything a careful landlord looks for is already there.
- Your privacy comes first. Landlords learn that you qualify. They never learn why.
Who does the evaluations
Three California-licensed mental health professionals — a clinical psychologist, an LMFT, and an LCSW — handle every evaluation. A small support team manages scheduling and answers landlord verification calls. Meet the clinicians on our homepage.
When we're open
