Pick any open time below. Booking is open 24 hours a day. Evaluations run 7 am to 11 pm, every day. You only pay after the doctor approves your letter.

What happens next
- A short intake form. Basic details about you and your animal(s). Takes a few minutes.
- Your video visit. About 20–30 minutes of honest conversation with a licensed California doctor.
- Approval, letter, payment — in that order. If approved, your letter arrives within 10–15 minutes. Only then is your card charged.
Straight talk: approval is the doctor's call, not ours — that's what makes the letter real. If the doctor says no, you pay nothing.
